Can I amend my order after confirmation?

We process orders quickly, so we’ll do our best to help you with any changes in your order before it is prepared for dispatch. Send us a note as soon as possible at info@fittaactive.com

These changes can only be made if:

1. The items are listed as available on the website.

2. You have ordered the wrong size and would like to change it. You may NOT change the colour variant of the item you ordered.

3. You have given us incorrect delivery or contact details

Can I cancel my order?
We do our best to pack your orders as soon as we get them to ensure that it is processed and delivered promptly. This means that we will be unable to amend or cancel any orders after confirmation.


Singapore Delivery

We currently offer two options so that you can choose the one that best suits your needs!

● Courier Delivery: Complimentary for all orders with no min. spending

● Self-Collection: Far East Plaza #04-119A

Upon confirmation, your order will be dispatched within 2 business days. For self-collection, your order will be ready for pick-up within 1 business day.

International Delivery

We ship internationally to the following countries. For orders lower than the minimum purchase, we offer standard shipping for a flat fee per order.

Returns & Exchanges

General Information

We want you to be happy with your purchase and we will facilitate exchange on the following terms and conditions.

1. All returns must be done within 30 days from date of invoice and after an email has been sent on the return/exchange procedure.

2. All return items must be in their original condition, unwashed and unworn with the tag intact. Items which do not fulfil these criteria will be rejected duly. Customers will be required to top up the delivery charges for mailing back of the parcel for general returns.


1. Returns are applicable on regular priced items only.

2. For returns, we allow exchanges for a different size or design of the same value. In the case where a higher value item is chosen, customers are required to top-up the additional amount.

3. We do not provide refund for returns.

4. Postage charges to and fro will be borne by customer and have to mailed back via a trackable postage mode only.

Defective / Wrong items sent

1. We apologize if a defective or wrong item was sent. For such cases, we will require them to be mailed back to us via registered mail. Postage charges incurred will be refunded.

2. Kindly email us at info@fittactive.com with a screenshot of the defect or the incorrect piece for us to advise you further.

3. Do kindly seek our confirmation prior to returning your order.

4. We will replace you a new piece, or full refund if the item is out of stock.

*There may be a 1-2cm difference in our given measurements. In such cases, it will not be considered a defect and no exchanges will be carried out.
